About me.

I'm an AI Transformation Consultantworking with SMEs and mid-market clients on where to apply LLMs, how to govern them, and how to ship them into live business processes. Twelve years of commercial ownership sits behind the advice — eight years founding and running a UK bespoke-manufacturing business (P&L, sales, client management, cash flow) and four years managing software delivery for a ~100-client automotive portfolio with hundreds of thousands of pounds of programme spend under management. Briefs get scoped against how businesses actually run — not against what the technology can theoretically do.

Delivery is hands-on: currently shipping production LLM systems for paying clients (recent live-events engagement cut manual workload by an estimated 70%), backed by a published seven-repo open-source AI Governance Suite covering human-in-the-loop review, prompt-injection defence and audit logging.

Comfortable in the room with a non-technical stakeholder and comfortable in the codebase — rare enough on either side to bridge the gap that stalls most AI adoption programmes. Completing a BSc (Hons) Software Engineering with AI Specialisation at Swansea University alongside client work.
